Safe, Comfortable and Hassle-Free Transfers – From the Airport to Your Destination
We offer pre-booked transfers to and from Gran Canaria Airport for both small and large groups. Depending on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage, transportation is provided by car, minivan, minibus or coach.
Passenger transport in the Canary Islands is subject to specific licences and transport regulations.
Airport Pick-Up
When you arrive in Gran Canaria, our driver will be there to meet you. The driver will wait at the agreed meeting point holding a sign with your name, making it easy for you to find them.
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive all the necessary information before your journey. We will assist you with the details of your transfer to make your journey from the airport to your destination as easy and comfortable as possible.
Fixed Prices
We offer fixed prices for our transfers. You can find our current rates in our price list.
All prices are for a one-way journey, unless otherwise stated when booking.
Evening and Night Surcharge
For pick-ups between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM, an additional charge of 30% of the standard price applies.
Luggage
The transfer price includes one suitcase per person.
If you are travelling with additional suitcases, golf bags, bicycles or other oversized luggage, please let us know when making your booking. Additional luggage space may need to be reserved so that we can provide a vehicle with sufficient capacity.

Please note that we currently do not provide rear-facing child car seats.
Flight Delays
If your flight is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
For delays of more than 6 hours, we cannot guarantee that your originally scheduled transfer can be provided at the same time. However, we will always do our best to find a solution based on the availability of our vehicles and drivers.
Book in Advance
Your booking request must be submitted at least 48 hours before your required transfer.
During busy periods, we recommend booking at least one week in advance to give you the best chance of securing your preferred time and vehicle.
Booking Fee and Payment
When making your booking, a small part of the transfer price is paid in advance as a booking fee. The booking fee is already included in the total price and is not an additional charge.
For a car carrying 1–3 passengers, the advance payment is normally €5–€10.
For larger vehicles/minibuses, the advance payment is normally €10–€20.
The amount depends on whether you are booking a one-way or return transfer. The remaining balance is paid directly in the vehicle.
Confirmation and Contact
After submitting your booking request, you will receive further information by email.
Important: Please also check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find our reply in your inbox.
If you need to make any changes to your booking, simply reply directly to the email containing your booking confirmation. You will also find a telephone number in the confirmation that you can use if you need to contact us.
Please always let us know as soon as possible if you are delayed or if anything changes regarding your transfer.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled transfer.
For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled transfer, 100% of the transfer price will be charged.
All prices shown in our price list are for one-way transfers.
